A tradition passed down to us from our Nana…

When given a purse or wallet as a gift, a penny was always tucked inside, to make sure we never fought over money and to ensure good luck and good fortune. We are now passing this tradition on to you!

We have been amazed to hear that this tradition is not unique to our family. So many have shared their stories of mothers and grandmothers all making sure a penny was tucked inside a purse.
